About the apartment and location: The apartment is spread over two floors, offering plenty of space and a cozy atmosphere. Your future room is spacious and has a large balcony as a highlight. In addition to the large common areas, there is another balcony and an office that can be shared.
Directly at the house, you also have a private parking space available. In the house, we have a shared washing machine and a dryer that we use together.
The location is optimal: you live directly in the charming old town with shopping opportunities and cafes right outside your door. You can walk to Willisau train station in just 8 minutes.
About us: You would be living with Nik (35) and Claudia (25). We are uncomplicated, appreciate a relaxed and respectful coexistence in our own four walls, and are often active in our free time.
We are looking for: An open, uncomplicated person who enjoys a pleasant community life. Whether it's a functional community with occasional chat or having a drink together - as long as it fits humanly and the chemistry is right.
