The move-in date is per agreement, but preference would be given to folks who can move in from mid of the October (depending on the Immobilien contract creation timeframe).

The building (address: Limmatstrasse 73) is located directly at the Museum für Gestaltung tram station, which is situated less than 5 minutes from the main station and 15 minutes from the ZH Airport.

In the apartment, you will find the following:

– Kitchen: new ZUG stove + oven, fridge

– Bathroom: nice bathroom with shower

– Bedroom where you can have your office space too

At the entrance, there is a common terrace where you can enjoy a nice sunny day, and in the basement there are 2 shared washing machines (without a schedule + air-dryer room available). Neighbours are pretty chilled, and the flat is amazingly isolated. Floor heating in the winter.

Currently, the flat is fully furnished, and if you don't have or need new furniture, I would be happy to sell part or even all of the existing furniture in the apartment.
