I am renting out my fully furnished, almost new 2-room apartment in Bern for about 2 months, as I will not be in Bern during this time. The apartment is hardly 2 years old and has been built to a high standard, a real gem.

Approx. CHF 1800 per month, including utilities, internet and normal electricity consumption. Deposit by agreement.
Important to me
The apartment is like new and fully equipped. I am therefore looking for tenants who will handle the furniture and inventory with care. It would also be nice if the existing plants were watered once a week.
If you are interested, please contact me with a few lines about yourself and your desired period. I will not be in Bern for the two months, so viewing is possible until my departure or by video.
