Description
My name is Malin. I'm 30 years old and have been living in this spacious and bright 3.5-room apartment for several years. I work Monday to Friday, enjoy being outdoors, and in the winter, I'm often snowboarding. I also love cooking (vegi/vegan). I appreciate it when shared conversations arise, but I also enjoy my alone time occasionally.
The apartment is very central, near Sihlcity, with bus, tram, and train stops in the immediate vicinity. The main station (HB) can be reached by public transport in about 10 minutes.
The room for sublet is spacious and furnished with a bed, desk, shelf, and clothes rack.
The kitchen and living room are also furnished and well-equipped. The basement and attic provide additional storage space. I'm looking for someone who doesn't just want a purely functional shared apartment but also respects the other person's privacy and doesn't spend the whole day on the couch.
The room is only available for sublet on a temporary basis and only to individuals. Available from late October or by arrangement for 6 months. Women are preferred.
