I am looking for a subtenant for my bright and cozy 3½-room apartment. The apartment offers a lot of space and is ideal for a single person or a couple. For me personally, it was even a bit too big.
Particularly nice is the bright living room, which gets a lot of sunshine on nice days and creates a very pleasant atmosphere.
The additional room can be used flexibly, for example as a office/home office, reading room or dressing room. A balcony is also available.
I also found the living in the house to be quiet and pleasant. It is not echoey or disturbingly loud, so you can relax well at home.
The location is very practical. The Wil train station is within a 5-minute walk. At the train station, you will find, among other things, Coop and Denner as well as other shopping facilities. Public transportation and many everyday necessities are also within walking distance.
