I'm looking for a subtenant for a 1.5-room apartment in Genestrerio, 26 sqm.
Very well-equipped with a new kitchen installed 4 years ago. New external insulation made last year with a stable temperature in winter around 22/23 degrees ... I've never turned on the heaters ... and not too hot in summer.
The apartment has a parking space and a private cellar with a communal laundry room and a room for hanging clothes. The costs are 590 CHF rent + 110 CHF additional expenses with a settlement at the end of the year ... in my case, I've always had a credit balance ... to be added are the electricity costs ... in my case about 25 CHF per month, plus 50 CHF for parking if necessary. The apartment is located 2 km from the Brusata customs office,
so very convenient for those who go shopping in Italy. Also, 2 km from Mendrisio station, 1 km from Migros/Coop, 80 meters from the Autopostale stop 523/517.
