We are Noel (29) and Luca (24) and are looking for a new roommate from December 1st for our shared flat on Jupiterstrasse in Bern.
We both originally come from Valais, are sports enthusiasts and like to travel. Noel studies Social Work at BFH and works part-time, Luca studies at PH Bern and works part-time as a teacher. We consider an uncomplicated and relaxed shared flat life important. We like to do something together or spend a cozy evening, but at the same time, everyone should have their own space.
The apartment is modern and spacious. In addition to your room, there is a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, a balcony, and a large shared bathroom with a shower. You also have a separate toilet for yourself. The building also has a shared laundry room.
The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, and at the same time, you are well connected. You can reach Bern train station by tram in about 15 minutes.
There is also 1 desk and 1 bookshelf for sale.
