Our wonderful 2.5-room apartment on the second floor in district 10 will be available from November 1st, 2026. Potentially, the apartment can also be occupied a few days earlier.

The bright apartment is approximately 55 sqm in size and features beautiful parquet flooring. It has a large living room, a bedroom, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, and a renovated bathroom with a bathtub and a private washing machine with an integrated dryer. The highlight of the apartment is the two balconies (north and south-facing) and the stunning view of Zurich and the mountains. The apartment includes a basement storage room.

Since our apartment was originally connected to the landlord's apartment, the common electrical distribution cabinet is located in our apartment and must be made accessible to the landlord if necessary, therefore the rent is also inclusive of utilities and electricity. The apartment is preferably rented to quiet and reliable individuals or couples.

The tram line 50 is within a 3-minute walk and takes about 10 minutes to the main station. The Limmat is also just a few minutes away. There are bike parking facilities in front of the house. A private parking space can be rented for 150 CHF per month.
