From November/December, a room will become available in our cozy 3-person shared apartment.
The Apartment
We live in a beautiful, 2-story 5.5-room apartment on Breitestrasse. The room is approximately 10.5 sqm in size and is located on the lower floor of the apartment. In addition to the room, our study room on the upper floor can be shared, which has space for a desk, for example. Besides the living room with a large dining table and sofa, our apartment has 3 balconies that can also be shared, as well as 2 bathrooms.
Our apartment is about a 5-minute bike ride from the old town and a 6-7 minute bus ride (bus number 4) from the train station.
About Us
We (Timo, 26, and Simon, 27) are both working professionals, and Simon is also studying for his master's degree at the University of Zurich. In our free time, we enjoy life - with good coffee, fine food and wine, concerts, nature, or sports.
We appreciate an uncomplicated and spontaneous life together in our shared apartment. We wish for our shared apartment to be a place where we feel at home and sometimes spend time together - more than just a functional shared apartment. We value eating together occasionally - casually and as it happens. Additionally, we consider a healthy amount of cleanliness and order important.
We are looking for a roommate of similar age and similar ideas about living together.
