The Room & The House
We are renting out a beautiful, bright and very spacious room in our detached house in the best hillside location in Hildisrieden, available immediately.

• Your Room: Extremely spacious (easily accommodates a large double bed, a huge wardrobe and additional furniture) with large window fronts and direct views of the surrounding greenery.
• House Highlights: We share a huge sunny terrace with a great panoramic view of the Alps, as well as a large, well-maintained garden with lawn perfect for summer barbecue evenings or simply relaxing.
• Our Four-Legged Housemates: The house also includes our two furry friends Lady & Boots, who make the garden and house insecure. You should definitely be an animal lover!

Your future housemates
You will become part of a colorful, lively and uncomplicated 5-person shared flat. Currently living with us are:

• Joël (31): Application manager for KIS (Hospital Information System) at Kantonsspital Obwalden (KSOW).
• Marc (28): My brother, KFOR soldier (and therefore often on the road for work).
• Mario (25): Master's student in Ornithology (bird science).
• Lea (20): Student at the University of Teacher Education in the field of Social Pedagogy.

We are a mixed group of working professionals and students. We value a harmonious coexistence - we like to meet in the kitchen for a chat, while grilling in the garden or over an after-work beer, but everyone also has their own space and retreat.

What we are looking for
We are looking for an uncomplicated, open and reliable person (m/f) who fits well into our mix of work and study. Whether you study or work is secondary - the chemistry just has to be right! We expect cleanliness and a respectful treatment of the house and garden.
