A room is becoming available in a 3.5-room apartment of 120 m², located on the 1st floor, with a large terrace. The two rooms in the apartment are of similar size.

The furniture and equipment in the common areas belong to me, but are of course at the disposal of the roommate, as well as the dishes, utensils, and various kitchen items. The idea is that you don't need to buy everything to set up

Note: I have two very hairy cats They are part of the life in the apartment and are present in the common areas. If you don't like cats or are allergic, unfortunately, the shared accommodation cannot be suitable.

Regarding the photos: the photo of the empty room was generated with the help of AI, as the former roommate still occupies the room and their belongings are currently present. The photo simply gives an idea of the room and its space. The photos of the common areas correspond to the real apartment.
