A furnished 15 m² room (Zimmer 4) is available in a shared apartment.
The room comes with a single bed, desk and wardrobe.
The apartment has a fully equipped shared kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, plates, glasses, cutlery and other essential kitchen utensils. There are also two bathrooms, including one with a bathtub.
Residents have access to a shared washing machine and dryer in the building.
A parking space is also available for an additional monthly fee.
Location
The apartment is in a convenient location, with Coop, Aldi and Migros supermarkets, as well as two bus stops, all within around 5 minutes' walking distance.
Current Flatmates

• There are currently three people living in the apartment:
• 22-year-old German master's student
• 26-year-old Spanish gardener
• 33-year-old Portuguese IT professional

English is the main language spoken at home, so a good level of English is required for communication with the other flatmates.
Shared Responsibilities
We have a cleaning schedule for the common areas. Each person is responsible for cleaning the shared areas once a month, according to the schedule.
Requirements
To rent the room, you will need to provide:

• Proof of sufficient income to cover the rent
• CHF 2,000 security deposit
• A document confirming that you have no outstanding debts
• A valid identification document

We are looking for a quiet, responsible and clean person who takes good care of their room and respects the shared spaces and the other people living in the apartment.
