To travel outside the city, a bus stop is 10 minutes walk away, which leads to Yverdon-les-Bains, Arnex, and even to the Joux valley with the train towards Brassus.
Le Day train station is well served and allows easy travel to Lausanne

The rent is 1139.-/month including charges. Parking and cellar are included.
Living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom are common areas.
A separate bedroom and office are private.

I'm looking for an LGBTQIA+ friendly person

Solvent person with a guarantee or good financial capacity.
