Description
Just outside the city of Zurich, already on Dübendorf soil, is our spacious shared apartment in the Zwicky Süd of the Kraftwerk 1 cooperative. Stettbach train station is within a 10-minute walk or 4 minutes by bike.
The main apartment covers 187 m² and features 4 bedrooms (15-20 m²) and 3 bathrooms. Additionally, the shared apartment includes two satellite clusters, each with 2 rooms (approx. 20-25 m²), a private bathroom, and a small tea kitchen.
A particular highlight is the bright, spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen and private library, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows.
In the Zwicky area, a sports, music, and community room with kitchen is available for shared use, where parties and celebrations can be organized free of charge. The area is car-free, and there are no parking spaces available.
Currently, a 16.2 m² room is available.
Costs
One-time 16,000 CHF per room. The share capital is paid back with very good interest when moving out.
A reduction of the share capital or rent is possible upon request to the cooperative. The share capital can also be financed through the pension fund.
We are looking for a person interested in living in a forward-looking, modern residential and community form.

The shared apartment also includes flatmates and two cats:
Marina (25) studies medicine, works part-time in a hospital, and is actively involved in the volunteer fire department, both with great passion.
Alex (30) and Lena (25) live together in the second cluster. They like to travel, go out for a drink in the evening, or attend festivals in the summer.
Timon (23)
Works as a caregiver for people with disabilities. In his free time, he likes to go to the climbing hall or is out with friends.
Jan (27)
Works in the aerospace sector as an engineer. On weekends, he likes to hike in the mountains, ride his bike, or go paragliding.
Aurelia (33)
Is currently taking a break and likes to ride her bike in her free time.
Zeya and Motchi (both 2 years old) are two sweet, social British Shorthair cats.
