Hello! My current roommate is moving out at the end of October, and I'm also planning to leave the apartment in the coming months.

I'm looking for 1 to 2 people, depending on the arrangement:
Option 1: Taking over the lease
2 people take over the apartment and the lease together, starting from November 2026.

• Rent: 1'624 CHF/month in total (812 CHF/person)
• Utilities: about 300-500 CHF/month in total (150-250 CHF/person), depending on heating and electricity consumption
• Internet included
• Move-in date and exact terms are to be discussed, with the possibility of an arrangement between November and February

Option 2: Subletting until February 2027
1 person joins the apartment as a roommate and sublets a room until approximately February 2027.

• 927 CHF/month, utilities and internet included
• The leaseholder will cover the amount exceeding 927 CHF, so that the amount paid by the sublessee remains 927 CHF/month

The apartment

• 3-room apartment with 2 bedrooms
• Living room/community space with equipped kitchen
• 1 bathroom (shower + WC)
• Laundry room included
• Access to a garden with terrace
• Quiet neighborhood, with a nearby park
• Apartment pleasantly cool in summer
• Taking over the furniture in the bedroom to be discussed

Location

• 3 minutes on foot from the Bethusy bus stop
• 10 minutes from CHUV, the Ours metro, and Chailly
• 15 minutes from Lausanne train station

Conditions

• Joint lease for one year
• Maximum 2 occupants
• The previous lease was shared between 2 roommates with joint and several liability
• No pets (at the request of the owner)
• Taking over the furniture in the bedroom to be discussed
• The owner will only consider applicants who have submitted a complete application.
