I'm offering my cozy, quiet apartment with a green balcony for subletting, for 6 months starting from October 22, 2026. There's a possibility of extension, which can be negotiated a few months before the end of the lease.
The apartment is fully furnished and well-equipped (e.g., very high-quality built-in water filter). Washing machine in the basement. It's ideally located - just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Elfenaupark with forest and access to the Aare, public transportation, and the highway (Ostring).
I'm looking for a single, very clean person (preference for a woman) who seeks peace and security and has a green thumb for my indoor and outdoor plants. There's a possibility to grow your own plants on the balcony. Only non-smokers (not even on the balcony) and no pets.
The apartment comes without WiFi, but you're welcome to install it.
