You wake up with us in the sunshine. The shared apartment has a total of 470 m2 of space. As the only room in the shared apartment, this room has access to the jointly used balcony. The room is furnished, as can be seen in the photos. It is excellent for weekly commuters and students.

We are looking for the fourth roommate. You are in the midst of life, are conscientious, appear friendly, like people, and can pay your rent on time? Perfect! We look forward to getting to know you.

We are sociable and like to sit together informally. However, we rarely cook together due to different working hours and needs. We are well-organized, so the processes are clear. This allows us to cultivate our interpersonal relationships.

The apartment (170 m2) spans three floors. We share two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living and dining room, a guest room, and a balcony. Everything is clean. In terms of equipment, nothing is missing. The separate atelier (300 m2) has a wood workshop, generous storage space for personal belongings, and a fitness area. If desired, you can also use a garden.

The following costs are already included in the incidental costs: heating and incidental costs, electricity, internet, fees, printing costs, cleaning agents, and common food. In addition, there is a contribution of Fr. 243.- for household chores, which can be worked off but does not have to be. Details will be explained during the viewing.

Public transportation, 2 minutes away, will take you to the center of Bern within 20 minutes.
