The room is approximately 10m² in size, furnished with a bed, table, chair, and clothes rack. If desired, I can also provide bed linen, towels, and a clothes stand. The monthly total of CHF 960 consists of the rent (CHF 800), a furniture surcharge (CHF 80), and ancillary costs including household items (CHF 80).
The room is part of a 3-room apartment (70 m2 + 6m2 balcony) on the 1st floor with a large kitchen, spacious dining and living area, a balcony with a lake view, and a basement/cellar if needed. We share the laundry room in the basement with the other residential units, but can usually wash without waiting.
I live perfectly connected with bus 31 and quietly located right next to the forest.
Public transport: 4 minutes to bus 31 (Stadelhofen in 15 minutes, main station in 25 minutes reachable)
Shopping: Migros, Denner, ALDI, pharmacy within 8 minutes' walk

The offer is aimed at people who are looking for accommodation in Zurich from Nov to Jan (with the option to extend). It can also be ideal for weekly commuters. You (female) are employed, uncomplicated, open-minded, and between the mid-20s and 40.
