We are looking for a female flatmate from 1 November or by arrangement for a bright and spacious room in our charming period apartment.

The room is part of a 4.5-room apartment of approx. 125 m² and is quietly located at the end of the apartment, overlooking a green and peaceful courtyard and the forest. At approximately 23 m², the room is very spacious and offers plenty of room to make yourself at home. It is currently unfurnished but can also be rented partly furnished by arrangement.

• Spacious and charming 4.5-room period apartment
• Two balconies: one overlooking the courtyard and the other with views towards the forest
• Bright, well-proportioned rooms in a quiet location
• Wetlistrasse bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away
• 1 bathroom with (shower, bathtub, 2 lavabos, toilet)
• 1 separate toilet

About us:
I am a 38-year-old single mother working as a curator and director of an art institution in Zurich. I love art, cooking and spending time in nature. I live here with my 10-year-old daughter, and we are both easy-going and considerate flatmates.

Our weekdays tend to start relatively early (around 7am), while on weekends we enjoy taking things a little more slowly and sleep in. We value a relaxed and respectful home where everyone has their own space, while also enjoying the occasional chat or time together in the kitchen. I speak (German, French (family language), English, Italian and Spanish). My daughter and I speak French and German together.

We are looking for an open-minded, reliable and respectful female flatmate who would enjoy an easy-going home and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
