In our relaxed shared accommodation, a 3rd room is becoming available and we are looking for someone who not only wants a room but also wants to help create a home. The room is 10.3 m² and is part of a spacious house with a lot of common areas and character. The house is located in Hochwald. By car, you can reach Basel in 20 minutes. With public transportation, you can reach the SBB train station in 30 minutes. The bus runs directly from the village to the Dornach train station. The rent is exclusive of additional costs, which are divided equally among the three of us.
What to expect:
Spacious common living area (approx. 75 m²) with living room, dining area, and kitchen
300 m² garden with plenty of space for relaxation, time with friends, vegetables, plants, or your own ideas
Fireplace in the living room for cozy evenings
Grill area in the garden for summer and community
