From January 1, 2027, a furnished room will be available in my charming 3-room old building apartment. The offer is ideal for weekly commuters or people who work part-time in Zurich and are looking for regular accommodation for individual days per week.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a well-maintained old building in a quiet, green area near Hegibachplatz. Stadelhofen train station can be reached by tram 4 in 5 minutes, and the main train station in about 15 minutes. The apartment is very bright, has beautiful old parquet and tile floors, and is stylishly, high-quality, and minimally furnished.
The available room is approximately 15m², faces the courtyard, and is furnished with a bed, table, chair, and wardrobe. If desired, I can also provide bedding and towels.
About me (W35): I work as the artistic director of an art association and as a dance teacher. I place great importance on respectful and considerate interaction and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. I live with a friendly cat.
The monthly total of CHF 1160 consists of the rent (CHF 800), a furniture surcharge (CHF 160), and ancillary costs including household items (CHF 200).
For shared use:
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining table
- Bright bathroom with bathtub
- Some storage space in the attic
- Bike storage in the basement
