As of December 1, 2026, a room with 13.1 m² will be available in our modern 3.5-room new apartment in district 6, in a 2-person shared apartment.
The apartment has a total living area of 79.8 m² and an additional spacious balcony with approximately 27 m². The rent for the room is CHF 1,415 plus CHF 115 in additional costs.
The apartment includes an open kitchen with a cooking island, a spacious living and dining area, two toilets, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. In the basement, there is a private washing machine and a dryer, as well as a small storage room.
The location is very practical: the tram stop Brunnenhof with the number 11 tram is just a few meters away. Milchbuck and Oerlikon train station are within a 10-minute walk.
The room will be rented unfurnished. The photos show some of the current roommate's furniture.
