Description
In our 4.5-room apartment, a room with approximately 12.5 m² will be available as of October 1st or by agreement. There is also a large living/dining room (approximately 24 m²), a balcony, as well as a kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet. If needed, the office with yoga/sports corner (approximately 9 m²) can also be shared.
The room currently still contains some furniture from the previous tenant, which can be taken over but does not have to be. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped - but I am open to inputs and changes. :)
About me: I am Rebecca, 29 years old, and I work in Zurich in social science research. I live with Sandy, my 14-year-old Bengal cat. We like it cozy at home, but I also like to be out and about. Sandy loves to spend time in the garden and is an important part of our daily shared apartment life. :)
It would be nice if you like cats and are also willing to take care of Sandy occasionally when I'm not around and you're at home.
If you can imagine a cozy home with a cat, I look forward to hearing from you!
A comprehensive renovation of the apartment is planned, which is why we will likely have to move out by January 2028.
