The studio is clean and bright, with a beautiful view of the Alps from the bed and a large terrace. It has a nice bathroom, generous storage space in the cellar, and new appliances, including an induction hob, an oven with microwave function, and a smart dishwasher. The apartment was built in March 2026.

Blue-zone parking is available directly outside with plenty of space all of the time. One dedicated parking space may possibly be available in future, subject to discussion with the landlord.
