ROOM:

The room offers a breathtaking view of the Üetliberg. It is large, bright, and unfurnished. A sliding door connects it to the living room.
The apartment has a beautiful, open living room and a spacious entrance area. A balcony with a view of the Üetliberg is connected to the living room, from which you can sometimes see cows or goats on the pasture in front.
Our kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking and even has a dishwasher. The bathroom has two sinks, so you will have your own, as well as a shower bathtub. The toilet is separate. The apartment also includes a basement compartment.
The apartment is very quiet. However, you can reach the S-Bahn Triemli in five minutes. From there, you can reach the main station (HB) in ten minutes (currently to Selnau). The tram lines 14 and 9, as well as the bus lines 33 and 80, also run there. You can also reach the forest on the Üetliberg or the Panoramaweg just as quickly. The latter has a dreamy Alpine panorama.
Move-in is possible on November 1st, or later by arrangement. Our contract is currently limited until March 31, 2027, but JUWO will likely offer you a follow-up apartment if you need it then.
The rent includes rent and ancillary costs, WiFi costs an additional 19.50 Fr.

My current roommate Jana will soon complete her master's degree and will unfortunately move out. I am looking for a cool new roommate who maintains a peaceful cohabitation and takes care of the chores independently.

I AM:

I am Charlotte, 23 years old, and moved to Zurich at the beginning of the year after living in a shared apartment in Basel for four years. There, I completed my bachelor's degree in law. However, since I have become more interested in art, I am now studying my master's degree in art history here in Zurich. I am currently pausing this, as I have been allowed to complete an internship in a gallery. I am very interested in art and music and always enjoy a drink or good coffee.
