We are looking for a new roommate between 23 and 32 years old for our 3-person shared apartment from October, as the third person is moving to Zurich with their partner. We are excited to meet an open-minded person who values community living but also needs space and quiet time for themselves. Cleanliness is important to us, but we also understand that during stressful times, some flexibility is necessary.

We, Fabienne and Jonas, are both in our late twenties and live in Winterthur. Fabienne studies Health Promotion and Prevention, while Jonas is currently studying Architecture at ETH in Zurich. In our free time, we are both active, whether Fabienne is jogging or working out, or Jonas is playing football. Otherwise, you can find us both with our respective friend groups here and there in the city, having a coffee or an after-work beer, or supporting FCW at the Schützenwiese. Jonas will also be looking for an apartment in Zurich soon, but this may take some time.

The room is approximately 13.5m2 in size and is flooded with light all day due to its favorable orientation and large windows. In addition to the rent, there are some small fees for waste, electricity, and heat from the city of Winterthur per quarter.
