Unfortunately, we are moving out of our wonderful apartment at Witikonerstrasse 26, 8032 Zürich (district 7). We are looking for subtenants who would like to take over the rental agreement on December 1st. We would very much like to stay here, but we need an additional bedroom as our child is growing.

The apartment: It is a 3.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The apartment has two bedrooms and a large, open living room. It has 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet as well as a spacious storage room. A parking space is not included, but there are many opportunities to rent a parking space in the surrounding area or many free blue zone parking spaces.

Location: The apartment is located directly next to the Klusplatz tram stop, and a Coop Pronto is right in front of the house door. The lake can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, the forest in just 5 minutes.

Pets are allowed after consultation with the landlord.

Please only apply with the following criteria:

- The rent must not exceed one-third of the income.

- No debts

- The previous landlord must be given as a reference.
