I am looking for a tenant to take over my apartment in Champel, close to the Crêts de Champel, available as of November 1st, 2026.
The apartment is approximately 58 m² and is located on the 4th floor with an elevator in a building that was entirely renovated recently. I am the first occupant of the apartment, since August 2025.
Very bright, it consists of:
The apartment is very well located, close to amenities and transportation: bus 3 and 11 nearby and Geneva-Champel train station about 5 minutes on foot.
Rent: CHF 2'050 + CHF 210 charges, so CHF 2'260/month.
Visits
Visits can be organized through the contact form.
In order to process applications quickly, visits will be offered only to people with a solvent file, with net income of at least 3 times the rent, and wishing to take over all the furniture currently present in the apartment.
The complete list of furniture as well as the takeover price will be communicated privately before the visit.
