Beautiful, very bright room (16m2) with wooden floor and view of the greenery - available from early January 2027, limited until 30.9.2027 (from 1.7. only 50% rent). This in a 500-year-old, listed, modernly renovated house with a large garden and three sympathetic roommates. We share a kitchen, living room, an additional office/guest room, and two bathrooms. The dreamy and yet easily accessible location in the old village center of Albisrieden and great neighbors make our home a small paradise.

We are looking for an open, tolerant, and humorous roommate from around 30. You consider structure and order in community rooms just as important as we do. We are a smoke- and perfume-free household. Since our home is rather on the noisy side, it's an advantage if you're not a night owl and are considerate. We prefer a balanced gender ratio (2 men and 2 women), but are flexible depending on the situation.

Raffael (42), hobby gardener, beekeeper, and survival expert, also makes music and yoga. To balance this, he works as a software developer.
Anna (36), dancing Acroyoga queen, with a Swedish temperament and a corresponding sauna passion.
Franziska (36), our aerospace engineer, who is not only interested in the universe but also in inner worlds. Horseback riding, hiking, yoga, and cooking are just as much a part of her passions as exchanging ideas with people.

Tram stops and shopping opportunities are within a few steps. In 20 minutes, you can reach the main station, district 4, and the water in 11 minutes by tram or bike... and you can enter the green area right behind the house.
