We are looking for someone to take over our lease for our apartment located on Rue Rodolphe-Toepffer, on the 2nd floor of a beautiful building.

The apartment consists of three spacious bedrooms, a room currently used as a studio, and another room that can serve as a bedroom or office. It also features a spacious living and dining room, an equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. Parquet, beautiful volumes, and bright rooms give it a lot of charm.

The situation is very practical: in the Les Tranchées neighborhood, close to the Old Town, Rive shops, transportation, and green spaces.

Monthly rent: CHF 7'335 + CHF 400 in charges, for a total of CHF 7'735.

Available from October 31, 2026, with some flexibility regarding the move-in date. An unexpected change in our situation forces us to leave Geneva and look for someone to take over the lease. The rental agreement and dossier will be subject to the approval of the Apleona management.
