Available immediately and from December 1st, we are looking for one person for our spacious 5.5-room apartment in a central and quiet location.

Central and yet quiet
The apartment is located in the heart of Zurich and is only about 10 minutes walk from Zurich HB. Despite its central location, it is pleasantly quiet: the apartment is in a 30 km/h zone with little traffic.

The apartment
The apartment is very spacious and offers a lot of space:

• 5.5 rooms
• Large living room with open kitchen
• 4 additional rooms, flexible as bedrooms, work or living spaces
• 2 bathrooms
• Plenty of storage space
• Private terrace
• Separate basement compartment
• Apartment on two levels: elevated ground floor and basement
• The ground floor is shielded from the outside by a fence or wall
• All rooms in the basement have windows and daylight

About the shared apartment
Currently, Vasco (32), Oliver (30), and Yannik (34) live together in the shared apartment. Since Oliver and Vasco will be leaving the apartment in the fall, two rooms will become available:

• 1 room available immediately
• 1 room available from December 1st

Ideally, we are looking for a person who will take over the main rent and continue the shared apartment. We are flexible about how the shared apartment will be designed afterwards.

We can also imagine a solution where both available rooms are taken over directly by new main tenants. So, if you want to take over a shared apartment together with another person, that's also an option.

Furniture
After discussion, it is also possible to take over a large part of the existing furniture free of charge.
