Die Hauptmieterin vermietet alles möbliert, ausser dein ca 12qm grosses Schlafzimmer, du brauchst aber nur ein Bett, was auch gestellt werden kann, der Schrank ist ja bereits im Ankleideraum.Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustüre, Limmat mit halbprivater Wiese und Grillplatz vorhanden. Da ich ein neues Studium anfange und nur noch Teilzeit arbeite, kann ich mir die Wohnung leider nicht mehr leisten. Auf den 1.
