The room is 12 m² in size, located on the 5th floor, and costs CHF 544.50 per month, including ancillary costs, internet, and reserves.
It is oriented towards the street, so you get a bit of city life in the normal range.
The apartment is around 180 m² in size and offers a lot of space. We have a balcony, two bathrooms, a large living and guest room, and our own washing machine in the apartment. There is also enough space to dry laundry without any washing plan stress.
And if it gets tight, there is additional storage space in the basement. Overall, a lot of space to live and not just to live in.

Who we are:
We are Meike, Jonas, Katharina, and Sandro, between 28 and 33 years old, employed, and somewhere between ambitious, athletic, and quite active.

Jonas loves to cook, constantly tries out new recipes, and surprisingly knows exactly what you can marinate in olive oil. Otherwise, he likes to ride his bike, leaves tracks in the snow, or is in the midst of a concert.
Katharina loves dancing and sports and has recently discovered camping for herself. Meanwhile, she likes to spend a night under the open sky in the mountains.
Meike knows where to find the best coffee and needs it in the mornings. With a heart in gastronomy, she has felt like she's worked everywhere in the world and has been on the go.
Sandro always finds a reason to be outdoors. Impressive landscapes and mountains fascinate him. Climbing, paragliding, skiing, and high-altitude tours - some activity is always going on.

Our shared flat life is uncomplicated and considerate. We all have our own rhythm, rarely get in each other's way, and although we are five people, it doesn't feel tight. At the same time, we appreciate exchange. Sometimes cooking together, spontaneously having a coffee, or doing something together is just as much a part of it.

We are looking for
You fit in with us if you are uncomplicated and really like shared flat life. If you prefer to eat your food together at the table rather than alone in your room. If you are sometimes available for a kitchen chat and appreciate exchange just as much as your own free space.
A cleaning plan shouldn't throw you off, and you leave community rooms the way you would like to find them yourself. But don't worry, Puffy our vacuum robot is your diligent roommate.
