We are looking for a new roommate for our shared flat in Kloten.
We are Max, a flight student at Swiss, and Kevin, 26, a flight attendant at Helvetic.
We come from Austria and Germany respectively.
The apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator, just a few stairs to climb), is 104 sqm in size, has a large living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower) and a terrace with a view of the street.
Right in front of the apartment, about 100 meters away, is the stop of bus line 731, which runs via Kloten train station, city center and OPC at half-hourly intervals directly to the airport.
Kloten train station can also be reached on foot in 3-5 minutes.
There is also a Spar supermarket nearby. Aldi, Coop and Migros are also within walking distance.

We are a rather quiet shared flat, due to our different working hours (sometimes with late evening or early morning starts) we would prefer it if no big parties are organized. However, we wouldn't call ourselves a purely functional shared flat.

As a new roommate, we would very much like to have someone who is also active as flying personnel, as this creates a certain understanding for our job and the associated working hours and personal sleep rhythm.
We both value cleanliness in our shared flat and respectful coexistence.

The monthly rent including internet is 756 CHF. The operating costs are invoiced separately once a quarter.
A deposit of 3 months' rent is required. Additionally, the landlord requires a debt collection report (equivalent to a German Schufa report or Austrian KSV report).

The room is rented with furniture. For the furniture, a deposit of 500 CHF must be paid to the current tenant.

The room can be occupied at the earliest at the beginning of November (possibly earlier).
