My partner and I will be traveling from March to May 2027 and are looking for a reliable person or couple to sublet for this time.
The apartment is located in a very quiet environment and is only about 10 minutes' walk from the train station.
The apartment is furnished and fully equipped, so you can feel right at home. It has a large garden with a ping-pong table, grill, lounge, dining table, and Stewi.
We would be happy to get to know the right person personally first, to discuss everything in peace and to clarify the details (including contract) together.
Additionally, a garage parking space is available (CHF 125.-/month). These can be rented as needed - if there is no interest, we will take over the costs during this time.
The apartment has: - an open, modern kitchen with dining area and living room - 1x laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer - 1x storage room with shelf (we need it as a storage room) - 1x guest bathroom with bathtub - 1x office - 1x bedroom with built-in closets and access to the 2nd bathroom with shower
