From December 1st, a large, bright room will be available in our cozy shared apartment. The room has a spacious built-in closet, providing ample space for all your belongings.
Whether it's a fixed-term contract (until at least the end of March 2027), an open-ended contract, or a weekly stay: everything is possible.
You can share:
a cozy living room with a balcony, the kitchen with a small balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, a retreat, and as a big plus: a rooftop terrace for the entire house
The location
The Wyleregg stop is just a stone's throw away. With line 20, you can reach the city in just a few minutes.
Everything you need for daily life is within walking distance: Denner, Müller, Coop, and Migros are quickly accessible. The Gelateria di Berna is also not far away. And if you like CrossFit, you can get there in just 4 minutes.
The absolute highlight: the Aare is super quick to reach - perfect for a spontaneous Aare swim or an after-work walk.
Who will you be living with?
You'll be living with Jess, 30, a physiotherapist and student. She's always up for a spontaneous Aare swim, a walk to the Gelateria, or a cozy apéro.
About you: you're between 25-35 years old, ideally female, and have some experience with shared apartments.
If you're looking for a relaxed and uncomplicated shared apartment life with shared moments, but also enough space for yourself, this might be a good fit.
