From 01.11.2026 or by agreement, I am looking for a tenant for my beautiful 2 ½ room apartment in the center of Wangen.
The apartment is located in a beautiful old building and has visible beam ceilings as well as a partition wall that separates the kitchen from the living room. The windows facing south make the apartment very bright. The view from the bedroom on the 2nd floor is particularly beautiful, including wonderful sunsets, which I have always enjoyed.
The apartment does not have a balcony. However, a small, bush-screened area in front of the house is available for shared use by the three rental parties.
The apartment includes a large attic and a basement room. The attic offers additional storage space and can also be used as a reading room or for a hobby.

Wangen Dorfplatz bus stop is nearby
A great pizzeria with take-out options is within a 2-minute walk
Forest and green spaces are within a 10-minute walk

I have felt very comfortable in the apartment and especially in the surroundings, and I would be happy if it finds a new occupant who appreciates it just as much.
