I am leaving my apartment in the center of Lausanne, located at Rue de la Tour 1, 1004, and I am looking for a tenant to take over my lease on 01/12/2026.

Washing machine: in the building with appointment booking on an app (no fixed days, very accessible)
Transport: Metro M2 Riponne stop 2 minutes on foot, Bel Air bus stop 2 minutes on foot serving the greater Lausanne area. Station 7 minutes from door to door.
Close to: shops, restaurants, university, Riponne, Flon
Cellar: no
Takeover conditions:
Takeover of the lease under the same conditions as currently. No planned increase and low charges.

Identity document, certificate of no prosecution, last three pay slips, employment contract, rental application.
