We are looking for from December 1, 2026, or by agreement also a bit earlier a tenant for our beautiful single-family house in central location in Steffisburg.

The house offers a lot of space, a cozy atmosphere, and a wonderful view of the Bernese Alps:

• Spacious terrace with a great view of the Stockhorn range, the Niesen, and Thun Castle

• Three cellar rooms that can be used in a variety of ways – for example, as a workshop, sports room, craft room, or wine cellar, etc.

The cozy garden with seating area invites you to linger. Thanks to the manageable garden area, the maintenance effort is also limited. Two outdoor parking spaces belong to the house.
