For a furnished 2.5-room apartment in a new building, a subtenant or successor is being sought from November 1, 2026. The apartment is located on one of the upper floors and offers an excellent view.

In principle, the apartment is offered for subletting. However, depending on the individual situation, two rental options are possible:

**Option 1: Subletting (preferred)**

The apartment is fully furnished and can be sublet for a fixed or unlimited period, depending on the agreement.

The rent is CHF 2,985 per month and includes:
- Ancillary costs
- Full furnishing
- Electricity

The Serafe fees are not included in the rent.

In this variant, the furniture does not need to be purchased or redeemed, as it remains part of the furnished subletting.

**Option 2: Taking over the main lease**

If subletting is not desired, it is also possible to take over the apartment as a successor and conclude a separate lease agreement directly with the owner.

In this case, the rent is approximately CHF 2,885 per month, including ancillary costs. In this variant, the takeover of the existing furniture is planned at a redemption price of CHF 7,000.

Such a contract takeover is done in consultation with the owner and requires their consent.

Internet
A fast internet connection with up to 2.5 Gbit/s is already set up and included free of charge until December 10, 2026. From December 11, 2026, the subtenant is responsible for the internet connection themselves. The existing connection can be taken over; alternatively, a different provider or tariff can be freely chosen. The current internet contract ends on December 10, 2026.

Parking space
A parking space in an underground garage in the property or in the surrounding area can be requested from the responsible property management or landlords. However, the availability of a parking space cannot be guaranteed. Currently, there are some available.
