From January 1, 2027, I am looking for a new roommate for our beautiful 2-person shared apartment at Schaffhauserplatz (where I have been living since 2022).

The entire house was renovated in 2021. Various tram lines (HB: 5 minutes, Central: 5 minutes, Hardbrücke: 10 minutes) as well as shopping opportunities (Migros, Coop, bakery) are right outside the front door. The Limmat is 7 minutes' walk away. The apartment is extremely quiet despite its very central location, thanks to modern windows, and has sunshine all day (including sunset on your balcony)

The apartment offers the following amenities (see also floor plan):

• 2 bedrooms (your room has 20 m2 with two accesses to the balcony - bed
• 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub/shower and washing tower, the smaller one only with toilet)
• Modern kitchen with induction stove
• Balcony access in all rooms (walkaround around the apartment)
• Underground parking in the house (would have to be inquired about with the administration regarding availability, we are not currently using it).

The main rental contract can be taken over by me at a later point in time if interested.

A few pieces of information about me:

I am Fabian, 34, originally from St. Gallen, have been living in Zurich for 8 years, and work in HR as a personnel developer, and would like to work as a coach (part-time) from 2027.

I am an open, cordial, active, uncomplicated, and rather profound person, love to cook for myself and others (from which you can also benefit :D). On weekends, I am in nature or like to go to a rave or music festival.

In a shared apartment, it is important to me that you feel at home and have a very open, family-like but also casual and natural exchange. I appreciate a joint shared apartment evening with also deeper conversations, but I also need enough me-time for myself and space for my interests and hobbies. In the shared apartment, I like it clean and tidy, but I don't have a cleaning obsession.
