The house is over 120 years old and a real gem.
The garden and the covered lounge offer many different cozy corners that invite you to linger and relax.
The garden is, next to our unique house, a small oasis that can be enjoyed and used in summer and winter.
We would like to offer one of our 3 bedrooms for subletting for rather shorter stays, no long-term shared flat situation. Bathroom, kitchen, and toilets are shared.
You have the possibility to charge an electric car at fair conditions and the courtyard offers space for a transporter or a craft car.
Superbly located in the Mittelland region and the motorway access is 1.7 km away. Solothurn can be reached in 12 minutes, Bern, e.g., at the fair, in 23 minutes.
It is simply super suitable for people who want to take a break, fitters, weekend stayers, fair visitors and exhibitors, people arriving in Switzerland or when moving from one apartment to another.
We are Sandro, 43, Swiss, and Daniela, 48, German.
A dog can be brought along, but unfortunately, cats cannot live with us.
The room costs 45 CHF per night.
550 CHF including utilities, WiFi, and parking for normal use and 1 person/month.
The double room costs 75 CHF per night for 2 people.
