Bright, furnished room with bed, desk, and wardrobe, cozy and functional. It is slightly separated from the other rooms, providing additional privacy. Additionally, it has access to the balcony. Next to the room, there is a small bathroom with a toilet, which is for your exclusive use. The location is quiet and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding green area. The apartment is large and has a shared living room with a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, sink, and toilet, and the other with a sink and toilet. The washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and are shared with the neighbors. The connection to public transportation is very good, and shopping facilities are nearby.

We are a small family - a 49-year-old mother and I, the 24-year-old son. We both work full-time.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We are non-smokers. We are looking for a single person.
