We are looking for a new person for a relaxed 2-person shared apartment in our modern and very spacious apartment at Aeschstrasse 3a.
The apartment offers much more than a classic shared apartment. You have your own bedroom and your own bathroom. The large living area, kitchen, and huge terrace are shared.
Due to the division, each person has enough privacy, but it shouldn't be just a functional shared apartment.

The apartment is modern, bright, and high-quality. The open living and kitchen area with plenty of daylight and direct access to the very large terrace is particularly nice.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a single person, no couples.
Ideally, you are around 19 to 27 years old, employed or studying, and have a regular and verifiable income.
A monthly gross income of around CHF 5,000 or more would be ideal, or the financing of the rent should be clearly verifiable.

What is important to us is that you:
are tidy and reliable
are uncomplicated and respectful
enjoy sports or being active
organize your daily life independently
don't just look for a functional shared apartment
respect the other person's privacy at the same time

Friends and visitors are generally not a problem.
The idea is a pleasant and relaxed cohabitation, where you get along well, can sometimes do something together, but still have your own daily life and retreat.

I am Adam Reiter, 20 years old, work at the Audi Revolut F1 Team, and study International Management remotely alongside my job.
I am sporty, active, and often on the go.

I value a relaxed, respectful, and uncomplicated cohabitation. The apartment should feel like a home and not like two strangers who happen to use the same kitchen.
