Description
General description
The building is quite new and modern and only two floors are WOKO apartments. We have various facilities like laundry room (just for WOKO) with 3 washing machines, 3 dryers and ample drying space (+ dehumidifiers) - one washing cycle typically costs 1.5 CHF, bicycle room, party room, music room (these you can use free of charge, just ask the WOKO house rep). The apartment is spacious, has a balcony, one bathroom (toilet + shower), and one WC (just toilet), and the common areas (in particular the kitchen) have everything you would need. The room is 13.3 m2 and it comes UNFURNISHED. The contract will be a sublet for the first two weeks for administrative reasons, but you will sign the full contract (starting from December, max. 8 years, WOKO reqs.) at the same time, i.e. we are only looking for long-term options. Extras you would have to pay (not included in rent): internet (around 133 CHF per year) and Serafe (around 107 CHF per year).
Who we are
Two females and one male, all students at ETH:
Xenia - I come from eastern Switzerland and just started my masters in physics at eth. I play the flute, (not in the flat, there is a music room in the building), like to inline and figure skate and volunteer at an animal shelter. I am a morning person and thus enjoy going to sleep early.
Mina - Moving in at the same time (15th of Nov), description coming soon...
Victor (20M) - I lived in this WG for 1.5 years, I study electrical engineering BSc at ETH (3rd year) and I am from Romania. I recently started strength training. I like to swim and hike when the weather allows it, otherwise I cook and watch movies to unwind.
