Hello everyone
Since my roommate is moving out, a room in our bright apartment is becoming available. The apartment is approximately 70 m² in size and has a cozy balcony. The offered room (see floor plan No. 1) is 10.5 m² in size and still gets nice evening sun. It's a two-person shared apartment, consisting of me and another person I'm looking for with this ad :-)
About me:I (w/23) work in the healthcare sector and study on the side. In my free time, I like to be outdoors, do something with friends, and be creative. I enjoy good conversations, but also value my alone time.
Location:The apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest, surrounded by fields, ideal for jogging, walking, or cycling. A public swimming pool and the Wallrüti train station and Zinzikon bus stop are only about 5 minutes' walk away. The Winterthur main station can be reached by public transport in about 15 minutes.
Shopping & surroundings:In the immediate vicinity (approx. 600 m) there are Aldi, Migros, Coop, Denner, a post office, and two pharmacies. Additionally, there are small cafes and a bakery in the area.
Who I'm looking for:I'm preferably looking for a female roommate around 23-30 years old who wants to have a relaxed and pleasant shared apartment life. Order and cleanliness are important to me, which is why I like to work with a cleaning plan. Equally important to me is respectful and considerate interaction with each other.
A good atmosphere, where you feel comfortable and happy to come home, is very important to me
