For long-term use, I am looking for a suitable object in the cantons of **Uri, Nidwalden, Obwalden or Schwyz**.
Particularly sought after:
House or large apartment with at least 4 bedrooms
Staff house / employee accommodation
former pension or small guest house
former inn with rooms
residential home or similar object
Rent or lease possible
Preferred regions: **Altdorf, Schattdorf, Erstfeld, Flüelen, Brunnen/Ingenbohl, Schwyz/Ibach, Stans** as well as well-connected places in the surrounding area.
The object should be used long-term and properly. I need one room myself as a personal base; further rooms should be used as accommodation for professionals.
Objects that are not currently publicly advertised or have been used differently so far are also of interest.
I look forward to offers from private owners, administrations or hints on suitable objects.
