Takeover of the lease Large apartment 4.5 rooms (100m²) Lausanne (Vennes) Date to be agreed.
We are leaving our shared accommodation and are looking for a leaseholder to take over the lease of our 4.5-room apartment.
The 100m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building (with elevator).
Composition:
- Large living/dining room with balcony
- Equipped kitchen (stove, hood, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher)
- 3 bedrooms, including 1 parental bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub, WC, washing machine/dryer)
- A second bathroom with shower and WC
- Cellar
Rent: Currently 2980 CHF/month, including charges (the management reserves the right to increase the rent)
Parking space in the basement: possible for an additional 140 CHF/month.
Advantages:
- 180-degree view of the Alps, Lake Geneva, and the Jura
- Close to public transportation: Fourmi stop (metro) in 10 minutes, Cigale stop (bus) in 2 minutes
