The apartment is spread over 3 floors and impresses with its unique loft character. Beautiful materials were used (exposed concrete ceiling, polished concrete floor with underfloor heating, chrome steel in the kitchen, parquet flooring in the bedroom).
The apartment includes a terrace overlooking the quiet inner courtyard, which can only be used by tenants of the Meinen Areal, as well as a very spacious basement compartment.
A garage parking space and/or bicycle garage space can be rented separately. Those without a car but occasionally needing one can rent an e-car from the garage or a cargo e-bike.
Pets are allowed upon request.
The laundry room is located in the basement - each 3 apartments share a washer/dryer tower.
