My name is Sarah, I'm 38 years old, I've been living here for 6 years and I'm leaving the shared accommodation for a new stage of life. I'm moving out on September 29th (room will be emptied from this date), and the entry is planned for October 15th.

My two current roommates are active women. We are 3 in total, but in everyday life, you will often be with 2, as one of us is rarely present (professional situation). The room is located on the upper floor in a duplex, an atypical setting that gives it a real studio effect once the door is closed.

Rent (including charges) : 1204.-CHF / 44 m²
Approximately 90.-CHF/month in shared expenses: Cleaning lady 1x/2 weeks for common areas, electricity, WiFi, TV, rent guarantee, insurance
Optional: outdoor parking space: 70.-CHF / indoor parking space: 130.-CHF

We are looking for: a serious, calm, careful, non-smoking person, holder of a work permit B or C if you do not have Swiss nationality. Shared accommodation of active adults, where each appreciates their independence while also enjoying sharing spontaneous moments together.

Our duplex apartment on the 2nd floor, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station, consists of:

2 occupied rooms + 44 m² room + 12 m² common room + kitchen + large living/dining room + bathroom (bathtub + washing machine + WC) + guest WC + balcony + large cellar
